1. Who we are

AIA Core Technologies develops specialised AI agents for operations-heavy industries. Our products are designed to connect the systems organisations already use, understand operational context, reduce repetitive administrative work and keep people in control of important decisions.

We focus on practical AI that fits real workflows rather than forcing organisations into a completely new way of working. Our product family applies a common AIA Core architecture to different sectors, with each agent adapted to the terminology, systems and responsibilities of its industry.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or use an invitation-only product demonstration. For privacy questions, contact privacy@aia-core.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a contact form, request product or demo access, request follow-up, or use an invitation-only demonstration, we may collect information you provide such as your name, work email address, company name, product or sector of interest and message content. For invitation-only demos, we may also record the company name entered, product requested, date and time of successful access and the page from which the demo was opened.

Our website hosting and form provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information and request logs.

3. Analytics, demo storage and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our public website. Analytics is optional and is loaded only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics. If analytics is not allowed, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded by our website. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.

Interactive demonstrations may use browser session storage or local storage to remember temporary demo access and simulated demo state. These mechanisms are used to provide requested functionality.

4. How we use your information

We use enquiry, product-interest and demo-access information to respond to requests, provide and evaluate access to product demonstrations, understand engagement from invited organisations, discuss potential pilots or cooperation, prevent abuse and maintain relevant business correspondence. We do not sell personal information.

5. Legal basis

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process business-enquiry and demo-access information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, protecting invitation-only demonstrations and developing business relationships, and where applicable on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where consent is specifically requested, we rely on that consent for the stated purpose.

6. Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the website and business communications. These currently include Netlify for website hosting, serverless functions and form submissions, Zoho Mail for business email, and Google Analytics 4 for optional website analytics after visitor consent. Providers may process information on our behalf according to their terms, security measures and applicable data-protection obligations.

7. Retention

We retain enquiry, demo-access and related business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms are used by those providers for international transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
